Our History
SSS&P Engineering Supply Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 in Phuket, where it began building its reputation as a local contractor with the commitment to deliver construction services of all types. From the very start, the company has grown and acquired in-depth expertise and experience in its fields. It has also greatly increased its potential of both professionals and machineries to meet customers’ needs.
By 2015, SSS&P had grown into a full main contractor, expanding its capabilities that can offer a full spectrum of expertise to cover design, structure, architecture, and civil engineering to interior decoration, landscape and demolition ― taking on larger, more complex projects while maintaining the same high standards that defined its early years.
The company’s ambitions extended beyond Phuket in 2019, when SSS&P made a strategic move into Bangkok and began operating as a main contractor across Thailand. This nationwide expansion marked a pivotal moment ― cementing the company’s position as a trusted partner for both public institutions and private developers throughout the country.
In 2023, SSS&P took another major step forward by launching its own in-house Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) department. This milestone completed the company’s transformation into a truly integrated construction firm ― capable of managing every dimension of a project under one roof, with full accountability from design through to delivery.
Today, in 2026, SSS&P is writing the next chapter ― one defined by innovation and responsibility. The company is actively adopting Building Information Modeling (BIM) with our trusted partner to enhance design coordination and minimize on-site errors, while embedding eco-friendly practices across its operations.
After 25 years of continuous growth, SSS&P stands not only as a leader in Thailand’s construction industry, but as a company building smarter, cleaner, and with a vision firmly set on the future. Through it all, the company remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering quality construction services ― fulfilling every contractual obligation, exceeding customer expectations, and upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
